Educating a Healthcare Workforce
To address and relieve current shortages, the Kenan Trust funds projects that strengthen the healthcare workforce with a special emphasis on high needs or rural areas. Most of our work in this area is focused on strengthening the pipeline at the post-secondary degree stage or support for individuals wishing to re-enter the workforce.
